Use of the App
- Contacts in Common is designed to help users discover mutual contacts securely and privately.
- You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Data Processing
- Contact data is processed in hashed form (SHA-256) only.
- Entries are automatically deleted after 15 minutes.
- No contact names or raw contact data are ever stored on our servers.
Analytics
- We may collect anonymous, non-PII analytics to improve app performance and user experience.
- These analytics cannot be linked to your identity.
Limitations of Liability
- Contacts in Common is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for any damages that may occur from using or being unable to use the app.
Future Features
- The app may introduce new features, including optional in-app purchases, in the future.
- These will be clearly communicated before release.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
